Maybe it has been years — a weight you've carried so long it started to feel like personality. Maybe something more recent broke you open and left you somewhere you don't fully recognise. Either way, you have done what you are supposed to do. You sought help. You did the work. You tried to understand it.
The Karuna Method Signature Model
The work that goes
where nothing else
has taken you yet.
You have not failed the work you've tried.
The work hasn't gone deep enough yet.
Something has not resolved.
And you have tried.
And something is still there.
Not because you haven't tried hard enough. Not because you're lacking in awareness, or insight, or willingness. But because the place where this thing actually lives — the real root of it — hasn't been reached yet by the tools you've been given.
You are not at the beginning of your journey. You are at a threshold. And thresholds require something different from what got you here.
The pain you've been trying
to outrun is not chasing you.
It's waiting for you
to finally turn around.
You're not broken.
You're mid-formation.
If you've been doing real work on yourself and something still persists — this reframe matters. What if nothing is broken? What if the pain you've been carrying isn't evidence of a defect but evidence of a process that isn't finished yet?
Diamonds aren't made by adding something to carbon. They're made by putting it under extraordinary pressure for a very long time. What comes out the other side isn't a better version of what went in. It's something entirely different in nature. That is what you are in the middle of.
You are not a failed version of who you were meant to be. You are a person whose formation is not yet complete.
That distinction changes everything — because one framing produces shame and the exhausting loop of trying to fix what's actually trying to form. The other produces the willingness to enter the process. And that willingness is where everything begins.
Karuṇā
Karuṇā · Sanskrit · Compassion in Action
Karuna is the force that moves toward suffering, not away from it. Not sympathy from a distance — presence from inside. Every session is held from that place: not technique administered from above, but the kind of compassion that knows the way through because it has already walked it.
Miles within. Miles ahead.
Five places you may be stuck.
Each one has a way through.
MILES is Nitya's own model — built from the map of his own inner journey and more than a decade of work with people in genuine transition. These aren't abstract concepts. They are the specific territories of the inner landscape where real people get stuck, where the weight lives, where the patterns first formed — and where the right work, done properly, sets you free.
Release
You are not stuck. You are carrying weight that was never yours to carry.
The first layer of liberation. There's a voice that lives inside most people — and because it speaks in the first person, because it's been there since before they can remember, they assume it's the truth about themselves. You're not enough. You're too much. Who do you think you are?
That voice didn't originate in you. It was handed to you before you had the language to question it — in moments of fear, by people doing their best with what they had. Memory Release traces that weight back to where it was first picked up, and makes a different choice about whether to keep carrying it. Clients who have held a particular shame for twenty or thirty years often describe this as the first time in their adult life they felt truly light.
Child
The part of you that got left behind is still waiting.
Returning with the presence that was owed.At some point in childhood — and for most people, there are several of these moments — something happened that your young mind couldn't fully process. A loss. A silence where reassurance should have been. A moment where you were made to feel small for being fully yourself.
This stage isn't about revisiting the past for its own sake. It's about going back with what was missing the first time: presence, clarity, and the compassion that a child couldn't yet hold for themselves. The relief people feel here is often the most unexpected part of the entire journey.
Beliefs
The cage was built out of conclusions that made sense at the time.
From survival strategy to conscious choice."I have to earn love." "I'm not the kind of person who gets to want big things." "If people saw the real me, they'd leave." You may not walk around consciously thinking these. But they are operating in the background of almost every important decision you make.
The goal isn't to think your way to a better belief — that doesn't work, and you've probably already tried. The goal is to understand the old belief so completely — its origin, its logic, its ongoing cost — that holding onto it becomes genuinely impossible. Not through willpower. Through clarity that goes all the way down.
Mastery
You don't need to stop feeling. You need to stop being controlled by what you feel.
Emotions as intelligence, not interference. The emotions most people are running from — anxiety, grief, rage, shame — don't disappear when avoided. They go underground and run things from below. That anxious energy that becomes overworking. The grief that turns into numbness. The anger that becomes quiet withholding. Avoidance is never neutral. It always costs something.
Every emotion in its original form is information. Anger tells you where a boundary was crossed. Grief is love with nowhere to go. Fear is intelligence about what matters to you. These aren't enemies. They are messengers you've been refusing to open — and this work teaches you how to finally read them.
Purpose
You were not built for a life that just functions. You were built for a life that means something.
Where the work becomes your life.Soul purpose isn't something you find. It was never lost. It was obscured — by the weight you were carrying, the conclusions drawn in fear, the emotions running on autopilot. When those clear, what remains isn't a blank slate. It's a person with a distinct voice, a distinct direction, and a contribution that is genuinely theirs to make.
Most people who arrive here say the answer comes without effort. Not because life becomes easy — but because they finally know which direction is theirs. And moving in your own direction is nothing like moving in a direction you've been performing.

One conversation.
A real one.
We start with an honest exchange — not a pitch. Where are you right now, what are you carrying, and is this the right work for where you actually are. No pressure. No obligation. Just the kind of clarity that's worth something whether or not we decide to work together.
The further you go within,
the further you go in life.
Or explore the ways to work together first.
